SLA
Introduction to SLA
SLA Stereo Lithography Apparatus 3D printing is one of the earliest commercialized 3D printing technologies and one of the most versatile technologies. A molding method in which liquid photosensitive resin is irradiated with ultraviolet light to cause polymerization to solidify layer by layer and generate a three-dimensional entity. Because the raw material is liquid, you need to set up a support when printing.
Uses of SLA 3D printing
SLA is a good choice for prototype processing and small batch production, because high-precision parts with smooth surfaces are required in these productions. SLA has a series of different materials, including ordinary photosensitive resin, high toughness photosensitive resin, high temperature resistant photosensitive resin, and translucent/fully transparent photosensitive resin materials to choose from. SLA is suitable for handicraft model processing, testing new product assembly prototype prototypes, and small batch production or customized parts.
